Delete your BrickTrack account

You can delete your account and the data that goes with it at any time, for free. Deleting is permanent: it can't be undone, and your collection, lists and reviews can't be recovered afterwards.

Open the Account tab, tap Delete account, and confirm twice.

Can't sign in?

Email support@bricktrack.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account” and your username if you know it. (If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, write from any address and include your username.) We'll check the request came from you, delete the account, and reply to confirm — within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account — your email address, password, and any Apple or Google sign-in — which is held by our sign-in provider, Clerk.
Your profile: username, display name, bio, location and profile photo link.
Your collection, wishlist and lists, including lists you saved.
Your reviews, ratings and votes on reviews.
Your photo posts and the photos themselves, your comments, and your likes.
What other people added to your things: comments, likes and tags on your posts, likes and votes on your reviews, lists and collection updates, and saves of your lists.
Your tags on other people's posts, and notifications you caused in their inboxes.
Who you follow, who follows you, follow requests, and people you've blocked.
Your price alerts, notifications, and reports you sent us.

What we keep, and for how long

Records of clicks on store links, which we keep for our statistics without anything that identifies you.
Reports other people made about your account or content, as a moderation record — including the reporter's own notes. The reports no longer show the deleted content.
The alert emails our team received about reports — both reports about you and reports you sent — which include the usernames involved and any notes.
Email updates you signed up for with the form at the bottom of the site aren't linked to your account. To be removed from that list, email us.
Emails you've exchanged with us stay in our support inbox.
Copies in database backups, and in the records of the services we use for hosting, error reporting, analytics and sending email, until those copies expire on those services' own schedules.
Copies of public pages and of your photos held in browser and content-network caches for a limited time, until they're next refreshed or expire. Search engines update their results on their own schedule.
