How this list is built

We record a price every time one moves at a retailer we track. A set appears here when today’s best price is at or below every price in that record, and only once we hold at least six price points for it — two observations don’t make a low. Marketplace listings (eBay, BrickLink) and retired sets are excluded, because neither is a retail price you can act on today.

What “lowest recorded price” means here: we started recording retailer prices in April 2026, so the window is our own record and not a set’s whole life. We log a price when it moves rather than every day, so a set that held one price for months has one entry for those months. And we only exclude the sets we can confirm are retired — retirement dates aren’t published for the whole catalogue.
